Dr. Sudarshan Kanti Baishya is the Founder & Director of Medithics Healthcare and a renowned kidney specialist in Kolkata, with over two decades of experience in urology and advanced uro-surgery. An alumnus of JIPMER, he completed MS (General Surgery) from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, followed by super speciality training in Urology & Renal Transplant at Narayana Hridayalaya, along with advanced training in laparoscopy, oncology, and paediatric surgery. He has extensive expertise in endoscopic kidney surgery, laser procedures, laparoscopy, urological cancers, and renal transplantation. Dr. Baishya has served as Senior Urologist at Fortis Hospital (2015–2022) and Manipal Hospital, Mukundapur (2022–2026), and brings strong leadership experience in managing multispecialty healthcare facilities.
